		            Capacitor Overheating

Replace R1 and R3 195 OHM 7W  wth [PN 3-24-1D] 125 OHM 10W resistors.
Replace the four transistors [PN 417-60] with four [PN 417-120]
transistors.

When installing modification both transistors and resistors must be
changed.
